Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

Please note that during high-demand periods or sales, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your Hello Peau products to you as quickly as possible! 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or customs processing

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this link to follow your package’s journey to your door.

If you haven’t received your tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us at hellopeau.com for assistance.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Hello Peau is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for delivery issues.
However, if you need help locating your order, please reach out — we’ll do our best to assist you.

International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.

Customs processing times may also cause delays beyond our control.
